About BarnAllen – ZAI Joint Venture

BA-ZAI brings together the expertise, capabilities, resources, and qualifications of two companies, BarnAllen and ZAI, that specialize in Records and Information Management (RIM) services for Government and commercial clients. Founded in 2009, BarnAllen is a minority-owned small business certified for participation in the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program. ZAI is mid-tier company that has been serving Government and commercial customers for more than three decades.

The executive leaders of our two companies have long-term working relationships that span more than 25 years. They each bring comprehensive experience managing records centers and libraries, implementing IT solutions, and managing Government programs. They understand the challenges of organizing, processing, and managing large data stores for operational efficiency and delivering useful information to stakeholders in a multi-media, platform independent environment that complies with all prevailing regulations. More importantly, they bring a shared commitment to delivering exceptional customer service built on a solid platform that combines technical expertise, sound management practices, and corporate resources to support every conceivable requirement.

Leadership

Our leaders bring extensive domain experience in records, libraries, information, and technology management. In addition, they infuse a commitment to customer service and performance quality across all of our projects.
